Now, amid this, Jen had, a while back, taken to her Instagram handle to share a clip in which she revealed that her morning flight was delayed and that she was trying not to feel claustrophobic.

A while back, social media influencer Jen Hamilton took to her Instagram handle to share an in-flight video. She was seen speaking about how her morning flight had been delayed and that she had been sitting on the tarmac for almost an hour. Jen was seen wearing a sweatshirt, with her hair tied in a bun and was on the verge of tears. She looked tense and revealed her attempts to be cool to avoid feeling claustrophobic. In her words:

"Our flight this morning got delayed. Now our delayed flight has been sitting on the tarmac for an hour. Trying to stay cool and not claustrophobic but it's so hot. Back to the gate. I just wanna be home. But I'd rather get there safely if there's something wrong with the plane. I'm so grateful they found the problem before we left. Trying to practice patience. But I'm so tired."

Jen Hamilton had described her ordeal with her delayed flight, which had caused her tension. A fan seeing her claustrophobic situation commented, "I started bringing a handheld fan in my backpack on board for this scenario exactly. That doesn’t help you in this moment, I know. I’m sorry. Take your sweatshirt off! TDs in the wind!" Another user wrote, "I’m a flight attendant, I’m so sorry for your delays this morning. In the future, try opening your window shade, which can help with the claustrophobic feelings! Another tip is to carry a small fan with you!"

A fan of Jen told her to take deep breaths and penned, You’re not alone, we’ve all been there. Deep breaths! Time moves in only one direction, which sometimes helps me. At some point, it will be over and just a memory! It’s so hard to be patient when you are tired. I feel like this level of self-control = mastering adulthood. Sitting in a plane on the tarmac is miserable because of the air situation. Ugh!"

Jen Hamilton reportedly blamed her husband, Brian, for breaking her heart

 Earlier, Jen Hamilton shared a clip of herself crying, and her fans were worried about her. She had posted a clip on June 13, 2026, of crying and in the caption wrote, "Day 1: absolutely devastated. Please don’t try to reach out to anybody on my behalf. That would make everything so much worse for me. Please just let me grieve. My heart is absolutely shattered.” It further read:

"He broke my heart but I still love him with all the pieces. I just want the healed version of myself to come and tell me that it’s going to be okay. “I need me. I need me in like a year, and me in five years to tell me that I’m not gonna feel like this forever."
