For the unversed, Badshah and Isha called it quits after five months of marriage. In a recent interview, Isha shared that with her stint on the show, Bigg Boss 20, she wants to make her own name. Now, as Isha entered the house of BB 20, the host Salman Khan advised her to 'move on'.
Isha Rikhi entered the Bigg Boss 20 house as the fourth contestant. She couldn’t hold back her tears as she introduced herself and broke down in front of Bigg Boss 20 host Salman Khan. She said, "What people know of me, I am more than that. I don’t want to take his name. It is my past." To calm down Isha, Salman Khan advised her to move on. He said:
"Good, the time is over; move on, Isha. Nobody should get the credit for hurting you emotionally. Concentrate on the present."
In a recent interview with India Today, Isha shared that she wanted people to know who she is, with her stint on the show, Bigg Boss 20. The Punjabi actress mentioned she doesn’t want people to recognise her by someone else’s name. Although Isha didn’t mention Badshah, it is understandable who she was pointing at. She said:
"I want people to know who I am as Isha Rikhi and not by someone else's name. People know my existence but don't know who I am, what I am and how I am, and I want them to know every shade of Isha through this show."
A few days back, both Isha and Badshah confirmed their split. They are parting ways after five months of their marriage. For the uninitiated, the duo got married in March 2026 in an intimate ceremony. After a month-long speculation around their marriage falling apart, Isha took to her Instagram Stories to announce their separation. She wrote:
"Me & Badshah have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time. This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship."
In a candid conversation with SCREEN, Isha revealed that she wanted to break the barrier around her. She shared that as people know very little about her, she wants people to know her. She described herself as a private person. Sharing her reason behind joining Bigg Boss 20, Isha said, "People know very little about me. I was a very private person. Now I want people to know me and the shades I have; hence, I chose Bigg Boss." She mentioned that people can expect different sides of her on the show.
Isha Rikhi stated that she has a soft heart with a strong mind. She highlighted that no one can break her that easily. Further, in the interview, Isha added that people can make her cry, but they can never push her to a situation where she would give up. Isha mentioned that she gives chances to people, multiple chances, but when she is done, it’s over. The Punjabi actress shared that if she is at fault, she doesn’t mind saying sorry.
