The speculation surrounding Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy began when a screenshot, designed to look like an Instagram Story from the reality star’s verified account, started circulating on X. The picture claimed that Kim is expecting her first baby with Lewis Hamilton. It is worth noting that Kim is already a mom to her four children, daughters, North and Chicago, and sons, Saint and Psalm, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Kanye West. The viral screenshot featured a sonogram, and atop it, Kim allegedly wrote, Lewis Jr with a smiling face with hearts emoji.
The viral post on X also claimed that Lewis and Kim were planning to get married later this year and raise their child together. For the uninitiated, in April 2026, Kim and Lewis made their relationship Insta-official with a classy Ferrari F40 ride. The couple’s sudden jump from dating to pregnancy and an alleged wedding on the cards quickly grabbed the limelight online. As of now, the post has attracted 2.8 million views. Even though the viral screenshot seemed to be real, it is worth mentioning that no evidence supporting any of the claims made in the viral post. The post can be read as:

Soon after the screenshot went viral on social media, netizens flooded the comment section. A user wrote, "That’s awesome; happy they want to build a family together." Another user commented, "No way this is real. Kim would have the whole internet exploding if she actually announced a pregnancy like this." A third user penned, "That would be one of the biggest celebrity surprises of the year if true! Until there’s confirmation from both sides, though." Another comment can be read as:
