#1. Silver

A precious metal and second to gold, Silver has been a part of every Indian household for a long time. Flaunting its shiny-slivery glaze, it is exceedingly cold to the touch, leaving a cooling impact on the digested food when eaten on it. Silver also has antimicrobial and anti-bacterial properties and leaves a good and lasting effect on gut health and immunity.
