Dua Lipa's old comments on wanting to have kids with actor, Callum Turner has resurfaced, amid their intimate wedding ceremony.
Singer and actor, Dua Lipa has officially tied the knot with popular British actor, Callum Turner. For the unversed, Callum has often won hearts with his appearance in projects like Queen & Country, Masters Of The Air and more. Now that the couple has got married, an old statement of Dua Lipa, expressing her wish to have kids with her now-husband, Callum has resurfaced.
Now that the first photos of Dua Lipa and Callum Turner’s wedding has been released, an old interview of the singer has resurfaced, in which she spoke about her desire to have kids with the British actor, Callum. In mid-2025, Dua Lipa had a chat with Harper’s Bazaar U.S., during which she shared that she would love to have kids; however, she is not sure on how she would manage motherhood and her work. She was quoted as saying:
"The right moment will come on its own. I'd love to have kids one day. But it's like the constant question of when would there ever be a good time—how it would fit in with my job and how it would work if I went on tour, and how much time out I'd have to take. I think it's just one of those things that's going to happen when it happens."
During the same 2025 interview, Dua Lipa also opened up about her engagement with Callum Turner and shared that she is looking forward to growing old with Callum. She further explained that she would love to be friends with him forever. It is worth mentioning that Dua Lipa started thinking about her wedding and her outfit for the big day in August 2025. And on her wedding day, the singer opted for a customised Schiaparelli Haute Couture attire.
Talking about their engagement, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner exchanged rings in late 2024 or early 2025. It is worth noting that a few outlets shared photos of the singer with a ring, sparking engagement rumours. It was in mid-2025, when Dua Lipa had an interview with British Vogue, during which she confirmed it. Reportedly, the price of the wedding ring is somewhere between USD 65,000 to USD 125,000. Dua Lipa once spoke about her wedding ring and shared:
"I’m obsessed with it. It’s so me. It’s nice to know the person that you’re going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well."
