The report also detailed a cosmetic treatment that Trump Jr. had as a pre-wedding prep to look sharper on his big day.
Pure Skin Palm Beach, a medical spa specializing in regenerative aesthetics and anti-aging treatments, described the treatments as part of a "wedding journey" and said its team helped Trump Jr. prepare for the occasion with Ultherapy. Rather than using a knife, this procedure uses ultrasound to stimulate collagen and tighten skin.
The treatment was intended to help define Trump Jr.'s lower face and jawline without surgically changing the underlying bone structure. The spa also discussed its relationship with Anderson, describing her as a longtime client, friend and brand ambassador. Her reported treatments included customized facials, wrinkle relaxers, hair restoration and wellness IV therapy.
It remains unclear whether Trump Jr. paid for his treatment himself or received it as part of a complimentary or discounted arrangement. He reportedly did not respond to requests for comment about the procedure.
The revelation has prompted renewed interest in Trump Jr.'s appearance over the years, from his earlier public appearances and the time he appeared alongside his father in the reality show The Apprentice, to his current role as a Trump Organization executive. The duo smiled at each other sweetly as they recited the wedding vows. A guitarist played music at the auspicious occasion as Donald entered the venue, accompanied by his best man and friends. Bettina and Donald locked eyes in most of the pics, exuding love and warmth. Bettina captioned the post as:

Bettina also shared close-ups of her sparkly diamond ring. All five of Trump Jr. and Vanessa's children reportedly attended the wedding, but the President couldn't be present on the day.
