Meanwhile, a plastic surgeon cited by the Daily Mail has now weighed in on their changing appearances. She suggests that both the stars may have undergone cosmetic procedures to get similar outcomes of sculpted facial features.
Dr Melinda Lacerna Kimbrell, a double-board-certified plastic surgeon, recently spoke to the Daily Mail. She shared her observations about Candice and Tom's alleged cosmetic treatments after examining their before-and-after pictures. The expert, who hasn't treated them, suggested that Candice's face seemed to have undergone changes in the removal and addition of facial volume.
She also pointed out that the model had noticeable hollows beneath her cheekbones. Dr. Melinda felt that they looked more consistent with a possible buccal fat removal than natural aging or weight loss. The surgeon also pointed out that Candice may have used fillers in her cheeks, chin, and lips to achieve a more defined appearance.
In fact, the plastic surgeon also mentioned some possible changes around Candice's eyes and eyebrows. According to the expert, the model's outer brows and eye corners seemed more elevated and elongated than they did during the initial days of their career.
Dr Melinda also suggested that a lateral brow lift combined with a fox-eye procedure might be the reason for it. However, these observations were made on Candice's photos over the years, and they don't confirm that she had undergone either procedure.
Meanwhile, Dr Melinda also explained Tom Brady's appearance and suggested that the former NFL star may have undergone many cosmetic treatments. The surgeon identified some possible signs of a brow lift, lower-face liposuction, a masseter muscle reduction and a buccal fat removal.
She also mentioned that these procedures could have led to his narrower jawline and a more defined lower face. However, the doctor also admitted that weight loss and natural aging could explain some changes.
According to Dr. Melinda, reducing the masseter muscles can make the back of the jaw appear narrower. In fact, the lower-face liposuction can reduce fat around the jawline and beneath the chin. She also suggested that Candice may have had a conservative rhinoplasty, pointing to what she called a narrower nose bridge and a more defined tip visible in her latest photos.
Although both Candice and Tom allegedly got similar results, Dr. Melinda believes that the two stars did not appear to have followed the same cosmetic approach. She described that they have a similar sculpted aesthetic, but their facial changes came from different combinations of procedures and natural factors. However, the surgeon emphasized that this assessment was based only on pictures and she had not treated either of the celebrities.
This cosmetic discussion came up after multiple news outlets claimed that Candice, 38, was dating Tom Brady, 49, for months now. According to sources cited by People, the duo has been spending time together in Miami, where they both live and keep their bond private.
Notably, Tom and Candice both have kids from their previous relationships. Candice has two sons, Anaca and Ariel, with her ex Hermann Nicoli. Meanwhile, Tom has three kids: Jack with his ex, Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin and Vivian with his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen. However, neither star has confirmed their relationship.
