Amid an ongoing feud with the Beckham family, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are planning to adopt a baby.
The Brooklyn family's ongoing feud has been a topic of discussion around. It all began in 2022, when Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz got married. While the entire family initially kept up with silence, it was Brooklyn, who, a few weeks ago, took to his social media and released a long statement, revealing what happened between him and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. He also expressed his wish not to reconcile with his family ever again. Well, David and Victoria are yet to give any reaction to the same, and amid this, reports claimed that Brooklyn and Nicola are planning to adopt soon.
Brooklyn Beckham got married to Nicola Peltz in 2022, and some issues in the family ended up being a bad memory for the couple, which further led them to remarry in 2025, where the Beckham family was not invited. However, as per a recent report by the Sun, a friend of theirs revealed that the couple had several conversations about raising a child, and he/she will not be their biological child.
The source shared that in this chapter, Brooklyn and Nicola align well on the subject of adopting a child. As per the source, the couple wants a brood of children, and they want at least one of them to be adopted. The source can be quoted as saying:
"This is a subject Nicola and Brooklyn firmly align on. They both want a brood of children, and for at least one to be adopted."
Explaining why Brooklyn and Nicola decided to adopt children, the source added that both the couple come from privileged backgrounds, and they just want to give back by offering a disadvantaged baby, and provide him/her with the best possible life. As per Nicola, they have already talked about it extensively, while the actress recently dropped down to 90 lbs as her latest movie will show her as a mom, with her biological child. The source further added:
"They both know they come from a place of unimagined privilege and therefore strongly want to give back by offering a disadvantaged baby or child the best possible life. They have talked extensively about it. Nicola has just dropped down to 90 lbs. for her latest movie role so having a child that is biologically hers right now seems out of the question."
As per several reports, Nicola and Brooklyn tried their best to reconcile but could not do so, and it was the latter who reached a breaking point, which led him to come up with a statement, revealing what exactly happened. In the statement, he shared how his mother cancelled Nicola Peltz's wedding dress at the eleventh hour, hurting the actress. He also mentioned that his mom hijacked the first dance with his wife, Nicola.
Brooklyn said that Victoria left him humiliated in front of 500 guests with the way she danced, which was supposed to be his and his wife's first dance as Mr. and Mrs. He also shared that Victoria would often bring women from his past into his and Nicola's lives to make them feel uncomfortable. In a 6-page-long statement, Brooklyn revealed everything that went wrong between him and his parents, which led him to share that he won't ever want to reconcile.
