On September 30, 2026, Brittany proudly showed off her dramatic transformation and toned physique, posing in a dark purple, lingerie-inspired bikini on Instagram. She paired the revealing two-piece with a matching lace sarong, oversized sunglasses, and gold sandals. She appeared to be filming the upcoming fourth season of the Bravo reality series when she shared the sultry snapshot.
Brittany's friends and The Valley co-stars quickly filled the comments with praise. Kristen Doute wrote, "I mean, HOT DAMN!" A follower commented under the post, "Got that cortisol down and looking great! Good for you girl!" while a second one wrote, "She got her sparkle back." Many users are already saying her "Revenge body" is now complete.
The bikini reveal comes after Cartwright opened up about a major transformation that has included cosmetic surgery, weight loss, and a renewed focus on her confidence.
Brittany has been candid about her changing body over the past year. She previously underwent a procedure in 2025 that she described as a "mommy makeover," which included a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast surgery. She said the procedure was something she wanted to do for herself after experiencing changes to her body following the birth of her son, Cruz.
Aside from the surgery, Brittany has emphasized that she lost additional weight after starting GLP-1 medications. GLP-1, found in medicines like Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Wegovy, was initially developed to treat Type 2 diabetes, but its secondary weight-loss effects have made it a widely popular choice among celebrities.
In a July 2026 post on her Instagram, Cartwright revealed that she had dropped two dress sizes after beginning a GLP-1 medication through telehealth company Fridays. She also revealed that online body-shaming comments had become an unexpected source of motivation. She wrote at the time, "I finally got my sparkle back!"

Brittany clarified, "The mommy makeover boosted my confidence, and losing weight has made me feel amazing and so much more confident. They are two different things." She has since documented workouts involving weights and other strength-training exercises as part of her journey.
Cartwright's transformation comes during an especially turbulent period in her personal life. She and Taylor have been embroiled in a contentious divorce after separating in 2024. The former couple shares a 5-year-old son, Cruz. Brittany has previously spoken about wanting to regain confidence after the end of her marriage. In August 2026, Cartwright was granted a temporary restraining order against Taylor after she alleged emotional and physical abuse and threats during their relationship.
