Ever since Alia had confessed her crush on Ranbir on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan, her fans had prayed for her wish to come true. On July 8, 2020, Neetu Kapoor had turned a year older and the future bahu of the Kapoor Khandaan, Alia Bhatt had penned a beautiful note for her future mom-in-law, Neetu Kapoor. The gorgeous actress had taken to her Instagram stories with Neetu ji's throwback picture. Atop the picture, she had written, "Happy Happy Birthday @neetu54 You have and always will inspire me every single day. Love you too much."

The radiant glow and the flawless smile looked great on Neetu ji and her future bahu, Alia Bhatt could not help but appreciate her. This is not the first time that we have seen Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor exchanging sweet words of affection. On March 15, 2020, Soni Razdan had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted two throwback pictures of her daughter, Alia Bhatt from the memory lane on her 27th birthday. In the first picture, we could see Soni Razdan looking beautiful in a black top paired with blue jeans and little Alia looking like a cotton ball in her frock with a wide smile on her sweet little face. In the second picture, we could see Alia in the arms of her mother as both of them had posed for the camera. It was Neetu Kapoor’s comment that had taken all the limelight and it could be read as ‘Awww adorable happy birthday.”
