Aamir Khan's reaction to Kajol and Juhi Chawla's comment on his choice of women has been going viral. It comes just weeks before his wedding to Gauri Spratt.
Wedding bells are ringing for Aamir Khan once again. After his two failed marriages with Reena Dutta Kiran Rao, he is reportedly ready to tread the path once again with his ladylove, Gauri Spratt. The Dangal actor's relationship with his much-younger girlfriend has been in the news since their dating rumours surfaced. And now, with him confirming that they are heading towards the next phase of their lives, fans and the media are constantly buzzing with chatter about his personal life. Recently, Aamir's co-star, Kajol also joined the gossip about his third marriage, making a playful remark about the women in his life.
Recently, filmmaker, Ashutosh Gowariker's Lagaan is set to complete 25 years on June 15, 2026. Aamir Khan, who gained widespread global recognition with the movie, hosted a special event to mark its 25th anniversary. The date also coincides with the formation of his production house, Aamir Khan Productions. To celebrate the double milestone, he brought together Lagaan's cast and crew, along with his top industry friends like Salman Khan, Kajol, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Juhi Chawla, on June 14, 2026. During the event, the stars were asked to share a few works on Aamir.
Utilising the opportunity, Kajol made a sly reference to the ongoing buzz around Aamir's ladylove, Gauri Spratt. She lauded how far he had come and the quality of the content his production house was producing. Kajol then praised Aamir Khan's good taste in movies, citing projects like Lagaan as examples. Her heartwarming comments soon turned into a playful jab when she poked fun at his taste in women, earning laughter. It was, however, nothing serious and was just a leg pull between longtime friends. She stated:
"Well, what can I say? One thing we can say about Aamir Khan is the fact that his production has definitely proved that he has great taste in movies, irrevocably good taste. Starting with Lagaan and continuing forward...and great taste in women as well."
Juhi Chawla also joined in the fun by agreeing with Kajol. The Ishq star echoed Kajol's sentiments about Aamir's good storytelling and choice of movies. Juhi also recalled being part of Aamir Khan Productions' first movie and shared that she could talk about the actor all evening. However, the moment that caught everyone's attention was when she affirmed that Kajol's comment about his choice of women was absolutely right. Juhi's exact words were:
"I don't have just one word but a lot more for Aamir. If I start, I can take over the evening. Because before he began Aamir Khan Productions, he was AK and we worked together, that was his first film. Aur dekho jisne mere saath kaam kiya, woh kahan pahunch gaya...Kajol, you are right, great taste in women."
Aamir Khan shares a close bond with both Kajol and Juhi Chawla, and therefore, he took their light-hearted jab sportingly. He didn't try to shut them down or look uncomfortable with the actresses referencing his love life. He didn't reply to their remark, just laughed it off, and seemed visibly shy, according to reports. Fans thoroughly enjoyed the moment seeing the 61-year-old blush over his 48-year-old ladylove, Gauri Spratt.

In a past interview, Aamir Khan revealed that he has been in a happy space ever since Gauri Spratt entered his life. He shared that he is very lucky to have met Gauri and that their relationship started together. He shared:
"She is great; I feel at peace with her. Although my relationships with (ex-wives) Kiran (Rao) and Reena (Dutta) were also very deep, things didn't work out. When you asked, I felt that I am very blessed that Gauri entered my life. We are very happy together. Mujhe lagta hai ab main jaake mukammal hua hoon (I feel complete today."
