Taking to her IG handle on April 13, 2024, Priyanka Chopra dropped a then-and-now comparison post, featuring two pictures of herself from different periods of time. While the first snapshot dated back to her days of the Miss World 2000 win, the other was more recent, of her present self. Surely, both the pictures spoke volumes about the massive evolution the diva has witnessed over the years, where she transformed from being a shy lady to a bold and confident one. Along with the two pictures, Priyanka penned a caption, wherein she reflected upon the changes she has witnessed from her 17-year-old self to now, as a fearless woman living life on her own terms. Talking about how confidence has played a major role, Priyanka wrote:
“How it started.. how it’s going. PS: those 2000s brows tho. My 17 year old self was just trying to pretend like I belonged. In that moment I was desperately trying to keep it together. With the weight of the heavy sari and the newly acquired crown flimsily pinned into my hair with 2 bobby pins, my confidence was slowly slipping as well. But I held it together, just like my sari, with a few safety pins."

As soon as the diva dropped those priceless pictures of herself on her social media handle, several eagle-eyed netizens took note of the same and started to express their views in the comments. Well, Priyanka’s picture from the Miss World pageant surely created a wave of nostalgia, as not just netizens but several other A-listed celebrities couldn’t stop themselves from being in awe of her beauty.
It has been a long while since Priyanka Chopra has starred in any Hindi film. She was last seen in the 2021 film, The White Tiger. To this, the actress remarked that it is none other than her two-year-old daughter, Malti. Explaining a bit more, she said:
“My fashion muse at the moment is my daughter. I love dressing her up. I literally wake up every morning with a fit for her. Like this will be her fit for the day and this will be her fit for the night. And I will be in my pajamas. I forgot to dress myself."

Back during an interview with James Cordon on The Late Late Show With James Cordon, Priyanka Chopra had opened up about an unheard anecdote from her life. Talking about how she landed up into a beauty pageant in the first place, the diva revealed that it all happened due to her brother, Siddharth Chopra’s intelligent scheming to bag her room and get his sister out. PeeCee narrated how her brother convinced their mom, Madhu Chopra to send in some of her photographs to the Miss India contest. At the end, Priyanka indeed got called by the pageant holders and rest became history. Moreover, her brother finally succeeded in getting his room back.
