Priyamani is one of the most talented actresses in showbiz. The actress marked her acting debut back in 2003 with the Telugu movie, Evare Atagaadu. Since then, she never had to look back as she continued to carve a space in the hearts of her fans. Talking about the Hindi film industry, Priyamani has been winning hearts with movies such as Jawan, Article 370, and Maidaan, among others. Talking about her personal life, the actress got married to the love of her life, Mustafa Raj in the year 2017. However, the diva had to face a lot of negative comments due to her interfaith marriage. In a recent interview, Priyamani reacted to the trolls that she faced.
Recently, Priyamani sat for an interview with Galatta, wherein she talked about the negativity that she faced around her interfaith marriage. When asked if the trolls have bothered her in any way, Priyamani shared that it indeed affected her and her parents. The actress further mentioned how her husband stood like a rock beside her and told her that he would not let anything come to his wife. Priyamani also mentioned that she is blessed to have such an understanding and strong partner like Mustafa, who knows how to tackle everything. Priyamani can be quoted as saying:
"To be honest, it did affect me. Not only me per say but my family also, especially my father and mother. But I have to say my husband stood by me as a rock. He said, ‘Look whatever happens I will let everything come to me first. But all I would say is hold my hand and be with me through every step. I am very happy that I got such an understanding and strong partner. He knows how to tackle everything.”

In the same interview, Priymani mentioned that both she and Mustafa tried hard so that no negative comment would affect the actress' parents. The diva shared that she had told her parents not to get affected much by such negativity. Sharing that with her parents' blessings, she and Mustafa had come a long way, Priyamani mentioned:
"We took care of everything and didn’t let it hinder my parents also. We just asked them to not bother much because it’s us at the end of the day. Their blessings and prayers have taken us a long way.”
For those who don't know, after four years of their marital bliss, Mustafa's ex-wife, Ayesha had claimed the duo's wedding to be 'invalid'. According to her, Mustafa didn't divorce her which is why his wedding with Priyamani was not valid. However, later, in an interview with ETimes, Mustafa stated that he had been paying for his and Ayesha's kids, and the latter had been making these allegations only to extort more money.
However, soon after such allegations, Priyamani sat for an interview with Bollywood Hungama, and she revealed that she and Mustafa had been in a secure relationship with one another. Although, back then, they were in separate places, they never shied away from communicating with one another.

It was in 2016 when Priyamani and Mustafa exchanged rings, and one year after the same, they tied the knot. As per a report by NDTV, the duo had a close-knit wedding ceremony. In the photos that went viral, Priyamani could be seen looking pretty in a yellow and green-hued dual-toned kanjiveram saree, while Mustafa looked handsome in a white sherwani.
