Jr NTR is a name that doesn’t require an introduction in the sphere of pan-Indian cinemas. After making some of the most remarkable performances in Telugu language films, he was bestowed with global level success with SS Rajamouli’s directorial, RRR. A recipient of multiple national and state level awards, Jr NTR has garnered a lot of love and appreciation for his impeccable acting mettle, powerful dialogue delivery and great looks. Given his impressionable stardom, it shouldn’t be difficult to guess the magnanimous fan base he has over the country.
Recently, Jr NTR attended an event for the film, Tillu Square in Hyderabad. For the evening, the actor flaunted his casual best and looked rugged in a dark green shirt teamed with black trousers. In a clip from the actor’s exit from the venue, that has gone massively viral on all over social media, Jr NTR can be seen getting wildly mobbed and struggling to move an inch forward. He was surrounded by countless of his fans, who not only surrounded him, but pushed and tried to catch hold of him. Moreover, one of his fans even bent down and touched his feet, which made it quite difficult for Jr NTR to move and he was about to stumble down. However, his bodyguards helped him out in time and escorted him towards the vehicle.

Back in 2023, Jr NTR bagged a prestigious win, as his superbly successful film, RRR’s popular song, Naatu Naatu won the title of Best Original Song at the Golden Globe Awards 2023. It was all the more special, since this was the first Indian film to win such a prestigious achievement at the global level. Amongst the various interviews and clips that went viral from the special moment, it was Jr NTR who grabbed a lot of irrational limelight, apparently for flaunting his fake accent during one of his interviews. Later on, while interacting with LA Times, the actor clarified the truth and had said:
“We are just divided by time zones and a little bit of an accent. Other than that, what an actor goes through in the West is exactly the same process as in the East."
Apart from all the different reasons for its unprecedented success globally, the film, RRR also won several hearts due to the amazing camaraderie and on-screen brotherhood reflected by the two lead actors, Jr NTR and Ram Charan. For the unversed, the two actor’s families had a longstanding fight with one another. However, when it came to them, both Ram Charan and Jr NTR took a step more and forego their past. Speaking about the kind of equation he shared with Ram, the actor said:
“It's simple physics. Opposite poles attract. Charan gets attracted to what he doesn't have in him. And I get attracted to what I don't attain in myself, so we look up to each other. It's a support system. We complement each other, and we can share a few secrets that will never get out."

Apart from his superbly successful professional career, Jr NTR prefers to keep his life low-key and away from the media glares. For the unversed, the actor gohappily married to Lakshmi Pranathi in 2011. They met through an arranged match organised by their respective families. Interestingly, the couple stand strong with one another, despite having a massive age gap. However, their love and support for one another has always conquered all obstacles. The duo is blessed with their sons, Abhay Ram and Bhargav Ram.
