The actor, who is fondly referred to as Khiladi Kumar by his thronging fan base, has never failed to impress everyone with his blockbuster performances. Talking about his personal life, the hunk is happily married to Twinkle Khanna and the duo is parents to their son, Aarav and their daughter, Nitara.
In a recent interaction on Ranveer Allahabadia’s podcast, Akshay Kumar made some candid revelations about his previous relationships. For the unversed, the actor back in the days, was linked up with several of his co-stars, especially Raveena Tandon and Shilpa Shetty. Moreover, Akshay was even affianced with the former in the 1990s, but they later called it off. Coming back to his revelation, the superstar talked about how he used to deal with breakups. He remarked how heavy workout helped him a lot, as he could vent out his anger through it. In his words:
“Mere sath jab break-up hua tha, 2-3 baar hua hai, I used to exercise more. Channelise it. Because there was so much anger, so you have to channelise it. I got into working out more. Khana bhi daba ke khana tha. I think that is the way a martial artist would deal with a break-up. I believe that is the only way we understand it.”

On April 2, 2024, Twinkle Khanna dropped a candid snapshot of herself along with her husband, Akshay Kumar, as the two of them enjoyed their date together. Surely, the couple inspired everyone out there by proving how the spark in a relationship can be kept alive, even after so many years of marriage. Posing for a hearty selfie together, Twinkle penned feeling special as her husband takes her out for dates even today. In her words:
“After 2 decades he still makes me laugh on a date night.”
Back on January 16, 2024, Akshay Kumar beamed with pride as he dropped a special post dedicated to his better half, Twinkle Khanna. Well, the latter completed her post-graduation degree in creative writing from Goldsmiths, University of London, and thereafter joined the prestigious convocation ceremony. However, it was her doting hubby, Akshay Kumar who joined her on the special moment and in his social media post, the actor didn’t shy away from expressing his pride. In a long caption, he wrote:
“Two years ago when you told me you wanted to take up studies all over again, I wondered if you meant it. But the day I saw you work so hard and perfectly manage a full-fledged student life along with home, career, me and kids, I knew I had married a super woman. Today on your graduation, I also wish I had studied a bit more to know enough words to tell you how proud you make me, Tina. Congratulations and all my love.”

Previously, in an interaction with ANI, Akshay Kumar revealed hilarious anecdotes about his personal life. He spoke about having disagreements with his wifey, Twinkle Khanna and remarked how it is on the topic of politics that he does not wish to discuss with her. Talking about the reason behind such a stance, the actor stated that the two of them have completely different view points about politics, and thus they find it futile to even argue on it.
