Television couple, Zaid Darbar and Gauahar Khan are all set to embrace parenthood for the first time in their lives. The madly-in-love duo tied the knot with each other on December 25, 2020. And it was only on December 20, 2022, when the actress announced their 'good news'. Taking to his IG handle on January 1, 2023, Zaid shared a priceless picture with his pregnant wife, Gauahar. In the picture, the mommy-to-be wore an oversized striped shirt paired with grey pants, and the loving hubby was seen wearing a white t-shirt paired with blue pants. The duo was seen merrily posing for the camera as they went on a dinner date. Gauahar also shared a picture on her IG stories as they posed for the mirror selfie inside the elevator. Gauahar Khan revealed why she wanted to keep her pregnancy journey under the wraps

A while back, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Gauahar had opened up about her excitement upon embracing parenthood with her hubby, Zaid. She also explained her feelings about entering the new phase of her life and that she and her husband wanted to keep this away from the limelight as they wanted to cherish this time alone. The actress had mentioned:

"Zaid and I are both excited. Want to cherish this time despite being in the limelight. I want to keep things low key as possible but being a public figure, I wanted to put it out as well as take the blessings of people who have been with me. This will be a completely new journey for both of us and even I can’t put my finger on exactly how I am feeling. We are both happy."

When Gauahar was spotted walking and climbing the stairs with more care

On December 21, 2022, Gauahar was spotted for the first time after announcing her pregnancy. She was papped outside an event on the streets of Mumbai. For the event, Gauahar wore a unique cut-out dress which featured bejewelled collars and a long flowy gown. She teamed her look with diamond jewellery, bright makeup and a ponytail. Indeed her pregnancy glow was visible on her face. However, what caught our attention was, she was seen walking softly, and while climbing the stairs, Gauahar was seen taking the help of a lady. On December 20, 2022, Gauahar had posted an animated pregnancy announcement on her Instagram handle. The caricatured video was made by Pixie Dust Design, and it was simply too cute for words. Along with it, the couple revealed that they would soon embrace parenthood. Sharing it collaboratively, the couple had penned:
