Yami Gautam took a fun quiz on her IG handle and poked fun at her 2021 wedding. She also flaunted her sparkling engagement ring!
Yami Gautam’s wedding with her best friend, Aditya Dhar had come as a surprise for everyone. The two had worked together for his film, Uri: The Surgical Strike and gradually love had blossomed between them during the shoot. Yami was always seen complimenting Aditya, however, nobody could sense the love brewing between them.

On June 4, 2021, Yami Gautam had taken to her IG handle and had shared her ‘just married’ picture with her husband, Aditya Dhar. For the wedding, Yami had worn her mother’s deep-red saree with golden work over it and had pinned a matching dupatta over her head. She had finished her look with gold jewellery, chooda and kaleere. Aditya had looked handsome in a cream-coloured sherwani with a matching turban and doshala.
Yami is happily married and has been making heads turn with her looks as a newbie bride. A few hours back, Yami took to her IG stories to play the ‘In 2021, I Should…’ quiz. While recording the quiz, Yami poked fun as she said, “In 2021, I Should Get Married” and flaunted her engagement ring. Yami can be seen wearing her engagement band studded with diamonds/solitaires. Yami has an engagement ring set with one huge crown, a single stone ring and a band. Her ring was clearly visible in one of her wedding posts earlier. Check out the screenshots below:
A few days back, Yami Gautam had posted a video and a picture on her IG handle, thanking her ‘one man army’, her sister, Surilie Gautam for helping her with her wedding shopping and styling. She had written, “My 'one man army' From rushing to shop whatever we could (and I mean SHAADI shopping) in a span of an hour (since the city was in strict lockdown), to styling my hair & helping me create all these beautiful traditional looks that I always wanted and most importantly keeping me so entertained with your endless jokes & banter with Ojas that I never for a minute felt nervous or anxious." Yami’s minimalistic diamond mangalsutra had become the talk of the town.

After a few days of their wedding, Yami and Aditya had returned to Mumbai from Himachal and were captured by the shutterbugs at the airport. Yami had exuded a new bride glow in a white and pink floral printed outfit and chooda. Aditya had opted for a black hoodie with denim. Later, Yami was seen dressed in a yellow and pink traditional outfit with red bangles, bindi and a black mask outside her house. On June 6, 2021, Yami had shared a series of pictures from her pre-wedding functions on her IG handle. From her haldi to her kaleere ceremony, Yami had given a sneak peek into her wedding's madness. For her haldi rasam, Yami had opted for a yellow outfit with a red dupatta and sea-shell maang teeka. For her kaleere ceremony, she had looked beautiful in a red saree with a big nath.
