At the same time, reports suggest that her company, VetEarnsUSA LLC, was registered with an address linked to WOSU Public Media. For those unaware, the building is owned by Ohio State University. Meanwhile, the university acknowledged that the use of public resources is part of the investigation surrounding Ted's departure.
Ted Carter is a retired U.S. Navy vice admiral. He built a long career in both the military and higher education. Ted served 38 years in the Navy and holds a U.S. record of more than 2,000 carrier-arrested landings without an accident. Subsequently, he took over important leadership roles. Earlier, Ted served as the President of the University of Nebraska and the United States Naval Academy.
Later, he became the President of Ohio State University in 2024. However, his tenure, scheduled to end in 2028, ended abruptly after he admitted to a relationship that raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest.
