The daily soap, also starring Shweta Tiwari, Jennifer Winget and Ronit Roy, was extremely popular in the early 2000s. Cezanne's undeniable on-screen chemistry with Shweta kept the viewers glued to their screens. Recently, he made it back into the talks due to allegations of an affair with Shweta. Amid that, let's take a look at his current whereabouts.
Cezanne Khan became a household name with his appearance in Ekta Kapoor's TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay. His character 'Anurag's' chemistry with Shweta Tiwari's 'Prerna' was a major reason for the show's popularity. Starting in 2001, the show ran for six years and fetched the actors immense love. Following that, they went on to build their respective careers.
After Kasautii Zindagii Kay's concluded in 2007, Cezanne Khan starred in shows like Ek Ladki Anjaani Si and Seeta Aur Geeta. He also worked in Pakistani TV shows, such as Piya Kay Ghar Jana Hai and Silsilay Chahat Ke. In 2022, he appeared in Sony TV's Appnapan – Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan, playing 'Nikhil Jaisingh' opposite Rajshree Thakur. The show marked Cezanne's return from a hiatus. He was glad to have been offered the role and said that it allowed him to explore something new.
Appnapan didn't fetch Cezanne the kind of comeback he was looking for, as it went off air in November 2022, around five months after its premiere. Since its conclusion, there haven't been any reported updates about the actor. Regarding Appnapan's short run, Cezanne stated that he was a bit bummed to see the show end. Speaking about the same with The Times of India, he mentioned:
"TV shows do wrap up in a few months. It is a bit disappointing that such a good story could not connect with viewers. I will miss shooting for the show."
Besides Cezanne's on-screen appearances, marked by frequent hiatuses, he was nowhere to be seen. The actor maintained a low profile and kept away from the spotlight. He never shared about his personal life, neither did he care to build an online presence. His public persona was all about his television work. During an interview around the time of Appnapan, Cezanne opened up about staying away from the constant attention that comes with showbiz. He stated:
"I love to enjoy life no matter what. You give me two years and do nothing, I will still be enjoying. I love watching movies. I watched a lot of movies in different language and that I feel has helped me reinvent myself. This has been my homework and it has been distressing as well."
In a July 2026 chat with Siddharth Kannan, Shweta Tiwari's first husband, Raja Chaudhary alleged that Cezanne Khan had confessed to dating Shweta. He also alleged that they had a mutual friend who had also told him that Shweta would stay with Cezanne at his home. Raja further claimed that his ex-wife, Shweta Tiwari, had an affair not just with Cezanne but with many other people. In his words:
"Not with Cezanne Khan but with so many people. She had an affair with each and every person, I feel."
Raja Chaudhary further accused Shweta Tiwari of never admitting to her affair even after he confronted her. He even recalled a phone conversation with Cezanne where the latter allegedly told Raja that he should not ruin his family-like relationship with his co-star. Raja hit back, saying he and Shweta were "family" and that Cezanne had no right to say things like that to him. Cezanne didn't hold back and responded by labelling Raja as Shweta's "unpaid boy."
