Speaking to the Miami reporters, Donald Trump said that he just knew that an accident had taken place and there were some issues. He also called Tiger Woods a close friend of his and mentioned that the golfer is an amazing human being. The President said:
"He's got some difficulty, there was an accident, and that's all I know. Very close friend of mine. He's an amazing person, amazing man, but, uh, some difficulty."
Vanessa Trump and Donald Trump Jr. got married in 2005, and they share five children. It was in 2018 that the duo parted ways. The couple co-parents their kids. According to PEOPLE, when Vanessa's ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr. got to know about her new relationship, his answer was simply 'cool'. The same report also suggested that President Donald Trump was also supportive of Vanessa and Tiger's relationship, stating that he 'loves both'. The president replied 'that's good' when the golfer revealed his relationship with Vanessa, as reported.
It was on March 26, 2026, when Tiger Woods's accident took place at around 2 PM ET. Sources revealed to Page Six that neither Vanessa nor her kids, Chloe and Kai, were involved in the crash, which took place in Jupiter Island.
Woods was driving a Land Rover and attempted to pass a utility pressure cleaner truck, but struck the rear body of the vehicle, leading his car to roll over. Woods crawled out of the vehicle and was unharmed. However, he was later arrested with DUI charges, including property damage and refusal to submit a lawful test. He has been detained in the Martin County Jail and was expected to stay there for eight hours, which is mandatory as per Florida law.
