Sania Mirza's Sister Anam Mirza Had Royal Muslim Wedding; Colour-Coordinated Designer Outfits

The winter wedding season last year kick-started with some big fat weddings and one of those lavish weddings was of Anam Mirza, younger sister of tennis star, Sania Mirza.

The big fat Muslim wedding took place in Hyderabad with all the pomp and show. Anam Mirza got married to Akbar Rasheed on November 18, 2016, in Hyderabad with all the glitterati in attendance.

Lavish haldi

Mirza family hosted a haldi ceremony on November 15, and bride’s sister, Sania totally stole the limelight with her red carpet-style outfit in red, designed by Anita Dongre. It was also Sania’s birthday on that day. Take a look at the pictures from the ceremony:

Bollywood-style mehendi

It wasn’t only the sangeet ceremony that was a lavish affair, mehendi ceremony was an equally big celebration that took place on November 17. Royal nikah

The couple had a royal Muslim wedding on November 18 in a traditional style. The couple was looking gorgeous in their colour-coordinated designer outfits in red and beige. The wedding was also attended by a lot of celebrities like Lara Dutta, Jwala Gutta etc. Sania and her hubby Shoaib Malik were looking like a ‘made for each other’ couple in their colour-coordinated outfits in Red.
