Unlike others, Teresa Giudice has been really candid about the cosmetic procedures she opted for. Recently, a video of Teresa was posted in which she was seen without any touch of makeup on her face, and she looked simply unrecognizable. Her recent look caught attention, and it came just a few months after she shared a clip of her getting an alternative to a facelift: a thread lift.
Makeup artist Frank Reyna took to his social media handle and posted a transition video featuring Teresa Giudice. She was seen in a black jacket and open hair. The Real Housewives star looked simply unrecognizable during the makeup-free moment, according to her followers. Soon after, Frank shared Teresa's glam look for an event. In the video, she slipped into a silver-toned sequinned dress and completed her look with glam makeup, including rosy cheeks, smoky eyes, and natural lips.
It was back in June 2026 when Teresa, in a collaborative post on Insta, shared the alternative facelift procedure that she opted for. In the video, the Real Housewives star could be seen awake as threads were being put into her neck. A thread lift is a process where "temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible 'lift' in the skin," according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
According to online data, in this particular procedure, sutures are used rather than surgically removing the loose skin from the face, which gives a tightening and lifted effect. Many celebrities have lauded the procedure, and apart from giving a lifting effect, the procedure is also known to stimulate the production of collagen that maintains the skin's elasticity.
Teresa Giudice has been open about the surgeries she opted for. To begin with, back in 2021, she revealed that she had undergone the knife, as she got nose surgery done. While appearing on the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen podcast, Teresa revealed that she had the nose job earlier that year, and no one even noticed. In 2020, the businesswoman got breast augmentation.
It was her second time, with the first taking place 10 years earlier (2009-2010), as she shared. Apart from a nose job and breast implants, Giudice has also openly admitted to having Ultherapy and Morpheus8, along with Botox and fillers.
In 2018, speaking to Glamour, Giudice revealed that she has zero regrets about getting Botox every three to five months. Teresa had to dissolve some of her lip fillers in 2024, after it migrated over her upper lip. She got some of her lip fillers dissolved after her four daughters convinced her to do it. Speaking about the same to E!, Giudice said:
"My kids, that's what made me do it. They said, 'Ma, don't do it anymore.'"
