Taimur Ali Khan Turns 2, And We Just Spotted Baby Tim's Royal Birthday Invite That Made Us WOW

‘Woohoo! It’s great to be two’, well looks like this is what Taimur’s instant reaction would be upon seeing how the entire world had gone gaga on his birthday. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s little prince, Taimur Ali Khan is a baby crush of the entire nation. From films being made on his name to baby look-alike baby dolls, the crazyness has gone beyond anyone’s imagination. Taimur, who turned two yesterday, on December 20, 2018, is currently having a blast with his mommy, Kareena and daddy, Saif. And pondering the pictures from their work-vacation, the trio seems to be enjoying every little detail of the special trip. Recently, we came across a picture of Taimur’s birthday invite that left our jaws dropped in ‘awww’. The photo was shared on Instagram by Ravish Kapoor Invitation with a birthday wish for our little Tim. The pretty gold and blue card have a bowling kit on it. Well, probably this is the same invite which was distributed for Taimur’s birthday celebration in Mumbai.

Though Taimur’s birthday falls on December 20, the family hosted an early birthday celebration. And the pictures from his bash proved that it was nothing less than a festival! The entire Kapoor and Pataudi clan were joined by the other big celebrities and their little ones. But it was the gifts that took our attention and of it all, we loved the cute orange car that was being taken to the venue. In an interview with Conde Nast Traveller, Saif has shared how travelling has changed for them and what kind of experiences they want their little one to have. He said, “Despite having the idea of trying different things, we’ve ended up (and my wife is quite annoyed about this) going to the same places and doing the same things every year—London in summer, Gstaad in winter, with some parts of India, like Rajasthan and Pataudi, in between. We would have liked to go to more places in Italy and France—and we will. But you know, there is also something comforting about going to the same places, because the people know you and the hotel feels like home. With Taimur, we also end up travelling with a bit of an entourage. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Kareena once revealed how she had made peace with paparazzi’s obsession over his little son. She said, “I feel Taimur is getting used to his name being called out [by paparazzi] and not particularly the cameras around. I don’t think he can make out that he’s being clicked. He’s still too small for that right now.” She further added, “Honestly, I’ve never held back anything. He’s practically all over the place. But he’s just 17 months old, so, let him grow up and have his life. I want him to have a normal upbringing and I totally understand that it’s tough to have it in today’s time but it is okay. I am letting him be. I can’t stop him from anything and I will not stop him from having a normal life at all.”
