The gorgeousness often shares happy pictures with her two adorable daughters, Renee Sen and Alisah Sen, on her IG handle. Recently, Sushmita turned hairstylist for her youngest daughter, Alisah and shared her experience.

Before we take you further into the story, let us look back at her journey so far. At the mere age of twenty-four, Bollywood actress, Sushmita Sen's entire world had changed when she had decided to take on the journey of motherhood and had opted for adoption. While many had thought it to be an act of charity, in the actress own words, 'it was self-preservation'.
On June 12, 2021, Sushmita took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture with her daughter, Alisah. We can see Alisah sitting peacefully on a chair in the picture, and her mommy, Sushmita cutting her hair. Alongside it, Sushmita revealed how nervous she was while cutting her daughter's hair. Sushmita also stated that she had been her daughter's official choice of hairdresser since she was 3 years old.

Sushmita's caption can be read as, "Busy weekend anyone? Alisah has a way of making me feel really important…I’ve been her official choice of hairdresser since she was 3yrs old. While I am all stressed to cut her hair, she meditates! Love her confidence! I love you guys!" On this Alisah's maami, Charu Mehta instantly commented with wow. We remember in an interview with the IANS, Sushmita had shared that people thought that 'adopting a child' was a great act of charity. But for the actress, she had protected herself by embracing motherhood, and it had stabilised her life.
