"Before I gained weight, I remember laying in bed at night still starving and unable to sleep. I would be curled up with my stomach aching and my head pounding, even though I ate before bed or at times, would even get out of bed to get a snack. It was never enough. I had extreme hunger."
Stephanie Buttermore further revealed that she would always be on the verge of crying and wondered on why she never felt full. Stephanie revealed of how she used to have horrible, restless sleep to just wake up hungry. In her long post, Stephanie had revealed that the only way to fix the same was to give herself unconditional permission to eat, and accept the weight gain that followed.
