Bollywood actress, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is all set to embrace motherhood for the first time in her life. The mommy-to-be has been living her pregnancy days to the fullest, and she has been sharing glimpses of the same on her IG handle. Sonam, who is in her third trimester, has returned to Mumbai and she is currently living at her parents' house. The entire family is excited to meet the little one, and they are eagerly waiting for his/her arrival.
According to multiple media reports, it was being stated that Sonam Kapoor's parents, Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor will soon host her baby shower in Mumbai. The report also added that the boho-themed baby shower will take place on July 17, 2022, and it will be attended by Bollywood celebrities, including Swara Bhasker, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Malaika Arora, Alia Bhatt, Natasha Dalal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Deepika Padukone, Masaba Gupta, Rani Mukherji and others.

Anil Kapoor and his wife, Sunita Kapoor are all set to host their daughter, Sonam Kapoor’s baby shower at her massi, Kavita Singh’s home at Bandstand. Well, it looks like the preparations for the grand event have already begun. Recently, the paps spotted the fancy invitations for the baby shower being sent out to the guests outside the Kapoor's residence. The lavish invites featured many delicacies, snacks, assorted sweets, some soft drinks, among other gifts. Each invitation was wrapped in cream-coloured printed wrapping paper, and it was every bit classy. Check it out below:
Earlier, a report in Pinkvilla had suggested that Sonam's BFF and fashion designer, Masaba Gupta will be designing her gala boho-themed baby shower. Masaba and Sonam have been friends for a very long time, and their beautiful friendship is one of the most popular in Tinseltown. Sonam Kapoor spent her initial pregnancy days at her London home with her hubby, Anand Ahuja. In June 2022, Sonam's close friends had hosted a beautiful floral-themed baby shower for her in London. For the event, the mommy-to-be had donned a pink outfit and had radiated her pregnancy glow! Sonam had shared a few pictures from the same on her IG handle and had penned a beautiful note that could be read as:
"It’s all starting to feel real! This baby is now well on its way and I’m so thankful to @eieshabp for throwing the best welcoming party ever, bringing together so many of my favourite people and showering me with love and blessings in the most generous and beautiful way."
