What was initially reported on June 18, 2026, as an accidental 400-foot fall from Lohagad Fort was later exposed as a planned murder. Amid the ongoing probe into the horrific crime, some shocking details regarding Chetan and Siya's secret travels to Udaipur and Jodhpur has surfaced.
Siya Goyal and her lover, Chetan Chaudhary reportedly visited Udaipur in May 2026, as per some expatriate Rajasthanis who were in contact with Chetan. They shared the same with a media personnel, addressing Siya as Chetan's "girlfriend". They recalled Siya and Chetan reaching Udaipur by flight. Some expatriate Marwari people had also reportedly seen the duo together at Udaipur Airport. Now, coming to the most important part, the purpose of the visit. Siya brought Chetan to Udaipur to see the luxurious hotel that had been booked for her wedding with the businessman, Ketan Agarwal.
Siya Goyal and her lover, Chetan Chaudhary, reportedly visited his hometown, Jodhpur, in December 2025. Chetan's friends from Palasani village in the Bilara region unexpectedly met him during his visit. They shared it with a media house, detailing what actually happened that day. Chetan's pals recalled asking him to take Siya home when they met him in public. According to them, the spot was not far from his home, and he could take the opportunity to visit his ancestral home. Chetan allegedly declined his friends' offer, saying he and Siya Goyal had come to Jodhpur secretly and that their families didn't know.
Chetan Chaudhary's uncle, Guneshram Chaudhary, said he hardly went to his ancestral home in Palasani village in Jodhpur. Guneshram didn't even know about Chetan's recent visit to his hometown with Siya. Notably, Chetan's father, Babulal Seervi, along with his brothers Devaram and Udaram, almost became detached from their roots when they moved to Pune to expand their grocery business. Only Guneshram stayed back in the village. He recently broke his silence on the accusations of murder against Chetan. Expressing his disbelief at the incident, he called Chetan a "simple boy", who rarely made eye contact while speaking.
More than Siya Goyal's horrendous act, her motive was bizarre. As per reports, Siya, who initially agreed to marry Ketan Agarwal, later regretted her decision when she found out he was bald and wore a wig. Siya allegedly didn't want a bald life partner who also had a stuttering problem. Upon learning about those, her attitude towards Ketan reportedly changed. She no longer deemed him suitable for marriage. It was probably at that time that she gravitated towards her lover, Chetan Chaudhary, once again.
Ketan's father, Vishal Agarwal was shocked to hear Siya's statement about his son's baldness leading to her killing him. He stated that both Siya and her family knew about Ketan's baldness before they got engaged in February 2026. He then revealed that his son had medical reasons for which he had hair loss. He was heartbroken to know the baseless reason for which his son lost his life. According to him, murder is never an option when issues can be solved out through words. Vishal said that Siya could simply call off the wedding; however, she told police officials that she didn't choose that path as it would harm her family's honour.
