Shweta Tripathi And Chaitnya Sharma Exchange Rings In An Intimate Engagement Ceremony, Video Inside

Masaan actress, Shweta Tripathi is all set to enter the bond of holy matrimony with her fiancé, Chaitnya Sharma, also known as ‘Slowcheeta’. Chaitnya and Shweta will be pronounced husband and wife on June 29, 2018, and the pre-wedding festivities have started for the soon-to-be-married couple. The lovebirds, Shweta, known as 'Battatawada' and Chaitnya, known as 'Slow Cheeta', exchanged their rings at Arth, Mumbai in the presence of their families. Their wedding photographer, Epic Stories shared a picture on their official Instagram handle, and captioned it, “We feel the luckiest to have shot for @battatawada and @_slowcheeta_ Shweta Tripathi and Chaitanya Sharma aka SlowCheeta have been in love for a long time now. The duo met 5 years ago and here we are witnessing their engagement at Arth, Mumbai”.

The bride-to-be Shweta turned heads in a custom-made SVA by Sonam and Paras Modi ensemble. She wore a pink coloured floral sharara and her bridal mehendi complemented her look really well. After an intimate engagement, Shweta and Chaitnya hosted a pre-wedding bash for their friends from the industry. Kiran Rao, Guneet Monga, Akarsh Khurana, Neeraj Ghaywan, Sumeet Vyas, Shikha Talsania, Anand Tiwari, Vivaan Shah, Angira Dhar, Rasika Dugal, Shriya Pilgaokar, Mallika Dua, Sapna Pabbi, Jasleen Royal amongst others were present to bless the couple. In an interview recently, Shweta and Chaitnya talked about marriage and kids. Shweta was quoted as saying, "Marriage and films should be done for the right reasons. You do all of these when you are ready because this is going to be a life changing moment for you and your partner. So if you feel that you need somebody, then that is great. But we shouldn't do anything out of parental or societal pressure. So many of my friends have gone through this situation. So it is very difficult but a person's happiness should always comes first."

Chaitnya stated, "It is the mindset of many guys that they have to be sure of themselves. But if your career is not going great and you are not at the place that you want to be in, there is always that chance to get a partner. If you are not settled, then in that case you can figure it out together. It is always better to get some support system who can help you out. We will never be satisfied with our careers and we shouldn't be actually.
