It was on March 26, 1984, when a baby boy had entered into the lives of a couple, Shahnawaz Sheikh and Dilshad Sheikh, who had lived in the Bhaderwah, Doda district of the Jammu and Kashmir. After Shaheer's birth, the Muslim family had gotten completed when they had welcomed two daughters, Aleefa and Ifrah. Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar actor, Shaheer Sheikh had moved to Pune from Jammu and Kashmir to pursue his graduation from New Law College, a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth University. The actor had completed his graduation in Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from there. On May 8, 2020, Shaheer Sheikh had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared some unseen picture from his college days in Pune.
Along with the pictures, Shaheer had revealed that his graduation days were one of the best days of his life and called his journey there a beautiful one. There are a lot of reports and news articles on the internet that suggest that Shaheer Sheikh had made his acting debut in the television industry with the popular teen-sitcom, Kya Mast Hai Life (2009). But that's not true because it was his impressive performance in the television sitcom, Sanya (2005) that had helped him grabbing the role in Kya Mast Hai Life.
