And actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan is enjoying every moment of her second pregnancy. Ever since the news of Kareena’s second pregnancy was confirmed, her fans are constantly keeping a check on her social media handle to see glimpses of their favourite actress. As Kareena is all set to welcome her second little bundle of joy anytime now, her fans have already started the countdown. Kareena’s sister-in-law, Saba Ali Khan too had begun the countdown for her bhabhi, Kareena’s delivery. A few days back, Saba had posted a collage with a picture of Saif and a couple of photos of the family-of-three. Saba had written, “The Quadfather” atop her IG story and added a 3-2-1 countdown GIF.
From friends, family to fans, everyone is eagerly waiting for delivery and the soon-to-be-mommy, Kareena has been receiving gifts from her loved ones. On February 18, 2021, Kareena took to her IG handle and shared pictures of the lovely presents coming for her soon-to-be-born child and they are simply adorable. She shared glimpses of the two baby blankets and other cute baby gifts. Apart from these gifts, a beautifully wrapped big gift was spotted outside Saif and Kareena’s house. Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan was spotted outside their house with toys and books. Dressed in a blue coloured kurta, white pyjama and a mask, it seemed like Saif is all geared up to welcome the baby.
A few weeks back, the soon-to-be mommy, who is in her last trimester had taken to her IG handle and had shared a stunning monochrome picture of herself. Sitting on a sofa like a true begum in a beautiful dress with matching stilettoes, Kareena Kapoor Khan had looked stunning and her gorgeous picture had blown our minds. She had simply captioned the picture as “I'm waiting” followed by an array of heart emoticons. And like Kareena, her million of fans are also eagerly ‘waiting’ to know whether it is a girl or a boy! Did you know that Kareena wanted to have a girl child when she was pregnant with Taimur? Yes, in 2016, Kareena had expressed her desire to have a girl child, when she was expecting her first baby. The actress had reportedly said that wherever she goes, she is only asked whether ‘it is a boy or a girl?’ Kareena had further added that to her it will make no difference if the baby born is a boy or a girl. She had also added that being a girl, she would love to have a girl as she has done more for her parents than a son would have done. Well, we hope now Kareena is blessed with a baby girl.
It was Kareena Kapoor Khan's father, Randhir Kapoor, who had revealed the actress' due date in an interview with the Bollywood Bubble. According to the doting father, Kareena's expecting date was somewhere around February 15, 2021. Randhir ji was quoted as saying, "She is due around 15th February."
