Sabrina Carpenter has allegedly filed for a restraining order against a man who trespassed onto her property multiple times.

And something similar has happened with the pop icon, Sabrina Carpenter. The singer has recently filed for a restraining order against an alleged stalker for trespassing on her property.
The news has come as a shock to fans, as the Please Please Please singer filed for a restraining order. According to reports, Sabrina Carpenter requested a restraining order against a man for alleged stalking. The reports have revealed that the man was seen trespassing onto the singer's property numerous times in the last several weeks. A court document that has now surfaced online, dated Friday, May 29, 2026 (ET), stated that 31-year-old William Applegate trespassed onto the singer's property four different times since April 2026, with the latest incident occurring last week (May 2026).
Along with the written request, there were several images of William Applegate at Sabrina Carpenter's door, captured by her home security camera. Such incidents often raise concerns about celebrities' safety, as having an unknown person on their premises could become extremely dangerous very quickly. According to the reports, the Looking at Me singer described the man as a "complete stranger" to her in the court document, saying he was never invited to her home. She said she had no idea who the man was and had no plans to get to know him. A statement from the report could be read as:
"I have never met him or communicated with him in any way. I have no desire to meet him or communicate with him."
The report further revealed that Sabrina Carpenter has also sought protection for one of her sisters against the 31-year-old William Applegate. However, the sister's name has not yet been disclosed. Additionally, it is also being cited that On My Singer has also requested to extend the protection to her sister's boyfriend as well. The petition comes shortly after police told NBC4 Investigates that a man was arrested for trespassing on the singer's property and fighting with security guards.
