Rimi Sen is one of the famous Bollywood actresses and a face hard to forget. The gorgeouness was the household name in the 2000s. She was famous for her screen presence in films such as Hungama, Dhoom, Golmaal, Phir Hera Pheri, Johnny Gaddar and many more. However, she has left the world of acting and Bollywood and her new job profile will leave in shock.
Recently, in an interview with Buildcaps Real Estate LLC, Rimi Sen shared how she has started a new chapter of her life in real-estate business. She revealed that Dubai has been extremely welocoming which is why 95 percent of the population is expatriates. Rimi Sen was quoted as saying:
"Dubai is very welcoming, which is why 95% of the population here consists of expatriates, while the rest are Emiratis. Dubai has welcomed everyone warmly—there are mosques here, there are temples too. They think about everyone, and the city's major focus is on how to make people's lives better, easier, and more comfortable."
Rimi Sen further added that in India we don't see this in their country. Rimi further added that the real estate market functions smoothly as there is displine in the area. She revealed that she has to only have to work only with agents and agencies, and there is a proper system in place. She said:
"This is something we don't really see in our country, because the government keeps changing policies overnight, making people's lives more difficult. There are thousands of taxes, endless complications, and it is no longer a business-friendly nation. The real estate market here functions smoothly because there is discipline. You have to work only with agents and agencies. Developers do their work, agencies do their part, and there is a proper system in place."
Rimi Sen revealed that the difference in perception about agents in India and Dubai. She added that agents are treated differently as financial consultants in Dubai.
Rimi Sen is a famous actress. She made her debut with the film, Hungama, in 2003. She played the role of 'Anjali Patekar'. She was also seen in the film, Dhoom. Even though, she has been part of some award-winning films. However, she has bid goodbye to Bollywood and found love in Dubai's real-estate space.
Earlier, in an interview with ETimes, Rimi Sen talked about her roles in the film industry. She revealed that she was. tired of doing comedy films. There were not a lot of roles in Bollywood industry for her. She got good roles in her starting films, but they didn't work. She was quoted as saying:
"Main comedy films kar kar ke thak gayi thi, there used to be not much of a role for me there. Mera sirf furniture role hota tha. I had a good role in only a few, like Hungama and Johnny Gaddaar (2007)The latter didn't work, and that's the kind of work I wanted to do."
