The much-loved couple confirmed the same on the next day through a heartfelt Instagram post. Well, today, on June 14, 2026, Ram and Upasana gave their fans a beautiful surprise by sharing the first photo of their twins; however, their faces were not revealed.

While everyone expected a casual photo, as the couple is celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary today, the duo surprised their fans by sharing the first photo of their twins, who are nearly 4 months old. The snap featured three tiny hands- two of their twins and one of their eldest daughter, Klin, who was born in 2023. It is worth noting that the couple did not reveal the faces of their children. Upasana captioned the post as:
“Heart is full.”
Within a few minutes, the post went viral and fans flooded the comment section with blessings and love. One user commented, "Best Anniversary Pic." Nearly 2 weeks after the birth of their twins, Ram Charan and his wife shared a post on their Instagram account, from the naamkaran ceremony of their kids. For the unversed, the couple named their son, Shivam Konidela and their daughter, Anveera Devi Konidela. In the caption, they explained the meaning behind it. The caption can be read as:

In April 2026, Ram Charan opened up about being a father to three children- two daughters and one son. During the conversation, he called himself a ‘rough dad’ because he wants his children to play around, take risks and learn in life. He described mothers as a ‘nurturing pole’. He also explained that he wants his children to come to him when they need courage in life.
Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela are one of the most respected couples, who tied the knot 14 years ago, in 2012. Reportedly, they met during their college years and in 2011, they got engaged to each other. The following year, they tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony. After more than a decade, in 2023, Ram and Upasana welcomed their first child- a daughter, Klin. Talking about his wife, Upasana is granddaughter of Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, founder of Apollo Hospitals. If reports are to be believed, she is the Vice Chairperson of Apollo Hospitals Group. She has a net worth of around Rs. 800 to 1300 crore.
