Ex-couple, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan have been giving us goals the way, they had dealt with their separation. While the gossipmongers kept speculating the reason for their divorce, the ex-lovers maintained their dignity. From co-parenting their kids to going on vacation with them as a modern family, they have proved that ex-couples can be friends.
In the year 2013, Sussanne and Hrithik's personal life had hit a rough patch, and it had become the headlines of every newspaper. Soon, the ex-couple had shared their divorce news, leaving their fans heartbroken. However, they have moved on from it, and Sussanne has found love again in Arslaan Goni.

Recently, in an interview with The Times of India, Hrithik Roshan's father, Rakesh Roshan, revealed the first thing his son did just right after his divorce in court. The proud father shared that just after the divorce in court, Hrithik stepped out and opened the car's door for Sussanne. He said:
"Yes indeed. Right after their divorce in court, Hrithik stepped out and opened the door of the car for Sussanne. That shows his character. Nobody can teach you these things. It comes from within. He regards women and everyone else with respect. Like he touches my feet. And so do my grandchildren Hridaan and Hrehaan. You do these things instinctively."
Rakesh also talked about Hrithik's role as a father. He shared that Hrithik loves spending time with his boys and devotes all his free time to them. Rakesh also stated that he is a much better father than him. He shared:
"Hrithik devotes all his free time to his children. They are more like friends. He likes to go out only with his children. His holidays are reserved for them. He plans trips to the jungles, deserts… He’s introduced them to water sports and gymnastics. The boys play the piano and the guitar wonderfully. They sing well too. Hrithik’s constantly teaching them something new. He encourages them to learn everything, which can enhance their personalities and which they might require in the future. The love and attention that he showers on his boys makes me wish I could have given so much time to my children too. He’s a much much better father than me."

In a 2018 media interaction, Sanjay Khan (Hrithik Roshan's ex-father-in-law) had revealed that he still somehow hopes that Sussanne and Hrithik get back together in life. However, the doting father was happy that they are still best friends and marvellously co-parenting their kids.
Well, Hrithik is indeed a perfect gentleman!
