Trisha Krishnan slammed Prathiban for 'crude comments' against her. Now, he clarified his statement while adding that she shouldn't have attended the reception party with Vijay.
Trisha Krishnan has been grabbing all the attention with her personal life. Her name has been linked to Vijay Thalapathy for several years, and the buzz recently was ignited as it was speculated that the actor's wife, Sangeetha, filed for a divorce from her.

Well, while this was going on, Trisha hit back at filmmaker-actor Prathiban, who made a questionable comment about the actress. Later, he also extended apologies, and, now in a recent interview, Prathiban clarified his comments, while stating that Trisha shouldn't have attended the reception party with Vijay.
During an event, Prathiban made some comments regarding 'Kundhavai', and it was taken in a dismissive way, and instantly became the talk of the town. Trisha then took to her social media and slammed such 'crude words', while adding that she was told by the organisers that some individual requested to have her photo up at the event, and the message was conveyed through his assistant. The actress didn't take anyone's name for that matter but slammed such remarks, adding that speaking these things in microphone has actually screamed stupidity.
Well, Prathiban then extended an apology, stating he regretted making such comments. Coming to the present, on a YouTube video, posted on his channel, Prathiban said that he felt distressed that so many people took notes on his comments. He also denied the claims that he requested anyone to have Trisha's photos up at the event.
Prathiban went on to add that he had never paid anyone to enter in any event in his life, an allegation which was heaved on him. He also shared that he felt that Trisha shouldn't have attended the event with Vijay, given that the actor had overcome so many obstacles while entering politics. Speaking more about it, Prathiban said:
"I will not join any political party or compromise my integrity for money. My honest feeling is that Thalapathy Vijay has overcome enormous obstacles to enter politics. Even the Karur stampede did not damage him as much as this wedding reception did. And Trisha should not have attended the wedding reception."

Well, Sangeetha reportedly didn't have any wish to reconcile, and she asked for permanent alimony. Amid this going on, Trisha Krishnan attended an event with Vijay, and their joint appearance instantly re-ignited the speculations around the actress and the actor being romantically linked to each other.
