Parineeti Chopra's husband, Raghav Chadha was facing major eye complications, and now, he is in the UK for his surgery.
Parineeti Chopra and her politician-husband, Raghav Chadha are considered among the most adorable couples in Tinseltown. The duo, who tied the knot in 2023, has been grabbing headlines for their unwavering love and support for each other since then. While the actress is riding high on the professional front for her latest release, Amar Singh Chamkila, she faced a major challenge in her personal life. Her husband, Raghav underwent major eye surgery and even faced the risk of potential blindness.
Recently, Aam Aadmi Party minister, Saurabh Bharadwaj revealed the reason behind Rajya Sabha member, Raghav Chadha's absence during the crucial election period. Saurabh shared that Raghav had a critical eye complication, and he is currently in the UK for eye surgery. Stating that his condition was quite serious, the politician revealed that Raghav might face complete blindness if his treatment is not done right. He said:
"Raghav apni ek eye surgery ke silsile mein abhi UK mein hai. Aur bataya jata hai kaafi gambhir unki samasya thi. Blindness bhi ho sakti thi. Aur mujhe lagta hai jaise hi ilaaz unka ho jaayega, wo waapis aayenge aur humare campaign ke ander shaamil honge."

Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Parineeti Chopra opened up about her married life and revealed the only complaint she has with her husband, Raghav Chadha. The actress revealed that before their marriage, she had no interest in politics, but now, she is eager to know more about her hubby’s profession. However, Parineeti shared that Raghav, on the other hand, has no interest in knowing about her profession.
Parineeti Chopra and her husband, Raghav Chadha have also been in the news because of the former's pregnancy rumours. Earlier, on March 28, 2024, Parineeti graced the trailer launch event of her upcoming movie, Amar Singh Chamkila. For the same, the actress wore a black-hued oversized kaftan featuring ruched detailing at the bust. However, when the glimpses from the event surfaced online, netizens started speculating that the diva was pregnant. Later, taking to her IG stories, Parineeti dropped a cryptic note and mentioned how people label a married woman pregnant whenever she wears oversized clothes.

It was on September 25, 2023, when Parineeti Chopra shared the first-ever pictures from her wedding with Raghav Chadha. The much-in-love couple looked stunning together as they posed amidst the pretty white decor. For the D-Day, Parineeti opted for designer, Manish Malhotra's white and golden lehenga with a long veil. She accessorised her look with a huge choker, matching earrings, a maang teeka and a pink chooda. On the other hand, her groom, Raghav complemented her in an ivory sherwani.
