Joseph Olmo began his career as a freelance journalist back in 2018 and worked for local and Hispanic news outlets. Following this, Olmo worked at WDVM-TV in Hagerstown in 2020. He spent three years at DC News Now; in 2023, he became an anchor and reporter at NBC4 Washington. Now, after three years at NBC4 Washington, Olmo decided to part ways with broadcast journalism to pursue another dream. Amid this, let's have a look at his personal life.
Apart from being a journalist, Joseph Olmo is a doting husband to his wife, Nathaly Recinos. A look at his profile gives one an idea of his beautiful marital life, which he often keeps private. Joseph, in the post from last year that has since been pinned to his IG wall, revealed how Nathaly went through a rigorous training process to get where she is. Sharing more about his wife's hard work and passion, Olmo wrote:
"Her smile says it all. But that doesn’t mean it was a breeze. In the past month & a half, she’s learned how to handle the million and one scenarios flight attendants are presented with every day. From the ‘excuse me, my screen isn’t working’ to the things you don’t even want to think about. Yet my beautiful Nathaly Teresa still smiles. And she deserves it. The training is no joke! To most people, sky is the limit. To those who love aviation, sky is home. Welcome home, babe!"
Nathaly currently resides in the US, as it seems, while maintaining her personal life and cultural roots across El Salvador, Washington, D.C., and New York. She keeps her personal life private; however, her social media is filled with glimpses of her life with her husband.
Not much is known about Joseph and Nathaly's love story; however, based on their social media, it may have begun in 2019. Back in 2024, Nathaly shared an adorable photo with her husband and wrote that they had completed five years of their love story. The couple got married in October 2022. Taking to his social media handle, Joseph shared a special anniversary post. In the photos, the then-bride and groom looked delighted as they exchanged vows. Sharing the post, the former reporter wrote that his love story is the 'most important story' of his life.
He called himself 'lucky' that Nathaly gets to share her dreams, challenges, and entire life with him. While little is known in detail about Nathaly and Joseph's love story, they continue to be pillars of support for each other, as evidenced by their adorable social media posts for one another.
