Milo Yiannopoulos is currently all over the news following his detention by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in New Orleans on August 27, 2026. The British far-right provocateur reportedly overstayed his visa and failed to appear for an immigration hearing on July 22, 2026, and thus is facing deportation. Milo was known to many as Kanye 'Ye' West's staffer, whose personal life was full of drama.

Milo often made headlines due to his debatable transition in sexuality, following which he demoted his estranged husband, John Campbell, to his flatmate. Notably, the duo was in the middle of a nasty court battle before Milo's arrest. Amid that, their controversial chats surfaced.

Milo Yiannopoulos allegedly sent racist texts to her estranged husband, John Campbell

Milo Yiannopoulos' estranged husband, John Campbell, stayed out of the spotlight during their relationship and even after it ended. Milo never revealed his ex-lover's face, thereby avoiding the public scrutiny that accompanies the partners of internet personalities. However, many reports claimed that John was black. Other reports regarding them included details of their split and nasty court battle after Milo publicly declared himself as "ex-gay" in 2021.

Many assumed that Milo's transition in sexuality led to his split from John, however, their recently surfaced texts hint that there might have been more to it. The screenshots of the chats, submitted to the court as part of their nasty divorce battle, were obtained by TMZ. The messages allegedly sent by Milo Yiannopoulos to his ex included the use of racial slurs like the N-word.

In a message, dated March 2025, Milo wrote to his estranged husband, "But you are worthless to me ... worthless. Stupid worthless n*****. I hope you rot in hell with your monkey ancestors. I was only using you for a Green Card." Another of their text exchanges, dated December 2024, shows Milo allegedly accusing John of not obeying him. Milo wrote, "I'm not feeling very honored John. I'm not feeling very obeyed."

The British far-right provocateur then explained his remark by stating that the partner who earns needs to be obeyed by the one who relies on them financially. "You know something john. You know the flip side of the marriage vows. The ones the non provider says to HONOR AND OBEY," Milo allegedly wrote in the messages.

John then reportedly responded by writing, "You can't kick your spouse out of your marital home because they 'don't obey you' or you 'don't like their attitude.'" The text suggests that Milo had already kicked John out by then; however, it is to be noted that he called some of the texts "obvious fakes." He further claimed that John "secretly" sent those messages from Milo's phone to his own phone.
