Mickey Lee passed away on Christmas 2025, and her family recently confirmed the same, leaving everyone heartbroken. The cause of her death has been revealed as well, and amid this, her last IG post and an eerie comment about life made rounds on social media. Mickey even had some plans to do next year, and as her last statements are surfacing amid her passing, leaving everyone in pain.
Recently, a video from Mickey Lee's last interview with the Hip Hop United LLC podcast made rounds on social media. The video was dropped on December 17, 2025, and while appearing on the podcast, Mickey made a comment about life, which is now going viral, amid her death at the age of 35, leaving people broken. In the video, the host asked Mickey how she measured her happiness.
Mickey was hesitant to answer at first, but later she said she woke up every day and thanked God for the life she had been gifted with. She stated that she was just happy with being able to have another day in love with all the abundance. Now, Mickey's statement is making rounds on social media in an eerie contradiction to her passing at the age of 35.
Mickey also had some plans for the next year as she said that she would focus more on her health and fitness, spend time with her family, and even start her own podcast. Mickey's last IG post was from the same day, when she posted a photo from iHeart Studio, wherein she wrote that it's just another day of her being 'outside'. Well, that eerie comment about life that Mickey wrote could be read as:
"I wake up and I thank God everyday that I’m here. I’m happy when that happens. I have another day. I have clothes on my back, I have food on the table and I have my village."
Mickey Lee's GoFundMe page earlier circulated that she was hospitalised earlier this week. Later, it was revealed that she passed away on December 25, 2025. Mickey's family confirmed the news of her passing, and reports claimed that she suffered multiple cardiac arrests, which were reportedly caused by the flu. She was in the ICU, and it was on Thursday that she bid farewell to the world. It was Big Brother host, Julie Chen, who took to her social media handle and shared that it was just two months back that Mickey sat for an interview on GOD 101, wherein she revealed that she was born with a hole in her heart.
Julie further revealed that Mickey Lee even suffered an ATV accident, which could have killed her, but God wanted to keep her alive. Julie stated in the heartbreaking note that she would again meet her friend on the other side, thereby praying for the peace of her soul. Julie's heartbreaking note for Mickey, could be read as:
"Two months ago I interviewed Mickey Lee on God 101. That’s when she revealed to me that she was born with a hole in her heart, and as an adult she survived an ATV accident that should have killed her, but God kept her alive. Last night God brought her home. Rest In Peace dear Mickey. I will see you again on the other side in eternity. I pray the good Lord comforts and heals your family and loved ones as we grieve your passing. Amen."
