Notably, Annemarie was in her first semester of CRNA school when she first met Marcellus.
Marcellus and Annemarie formed a close connection after their first meeting and soon started dating. They were romantically linked for almost two years and tied the knot in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, in June 2014.
The duo has been open about their relationship for all these years. While celebrating their anniversary in 2019, Marcellus described his wife as the woman who made his dreams come true. The latest report arrives around three months after a former ESPN employee made allegations of sexual assault against Marcellus in April 2026. The employee alleged that Marcellus invited her to a hotel room and assaulted her. The woman claimed that Marcellus went to the bathroom, and a few moments later, he reportedly came out naked and pushed her against the windows.
The woman claimed that she frequently requested that Marcellus Wiley leave her, who allegedly pushed her face down on the bed and pressed it into the mattress, following which she could not breathe properly. The woman said that Marcellus let her go after masturbating on her. Meanwhile, Marcellus dismissed the accusations against him and addressed the victims, including the three women who made similar allegations in 2023, by saying:
“They’re trying to leverage lies for personal gain. As they say, assassination by accusation. That’s their goal. They’re trying by lying. They don’t want justice. They want justice. Money, bling, things. For every one of them, I either saw, communicated through email, text, phone was invited by these individuals after these dates to engage, to be intimate or all the above, after the dates that are in question.”
