Josh Radnor is happily married to Jordana Jacobs, a clinical psychologist based in Brooklyn. According to her website, Dr. Jordana Jacobs completed her predoctoral internship at Bellevue Hospital Center and her postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University. Jordana has trained at several major hospitals and works with a range of patients, including people diagnosed with terminal illness, substance users, and emerging adults.
Additionally, she has completed her BA in Psychology from Tufts University, and her MA in Clinical Psychology and PhD from Long Island University Brooklyn. According to her website, she has also published two dissertations titled Till death do us part: The effect of mortality salience on satisfaction in long-term romantic relationships and Conceptualizing prognostic awareness in advanced cancer: A systematic review.

According to her LinkedIn account, she has had her own private practice since 2018. She hails from Brooklyn but works with patients in the greater New York area. Jordan Jacobs is also a public speaker, with her work focusing on the "relationship between death awareness and love. She has appeared on various podcasts over the years, does presentations and speaking engagements, and leads retreats "aimed towards helping people accept inevitable mortality, so that they may live and love more fully," per her bio.
Josh Radnor met his now-wife, Jordana Jacobs, during a sound meditation retreat in February 2022. Josh, in an interview with The New York Times, revealed that during the summit he heard a voice say, "That's her. That's your woman." For the unversed, both Josh and Jordana were on psychedelics during the retreat. However, she told the New York Times in the same January 2024 article that she also got a sign from the universe that she was supposed to be with the actor. She was quoted as saying:
"You know that man over there across the room, Josh? You're drawn to him."
Josh Radnor announced that he and Jordana Jacobs were married with an Instagram post on January 19, 2024. In the post, he revealed that they tied the knot "two weeks ago." The actor revealed that their wedding ceremony took place at Cedar Lakes Estate in Hudson Valley, New York, during a "light blizzard," which only made it more magical. Sharing the pictures of their special day, he penned:
"It was an incredible, overwhelming, snowy, bliss-filled weekend. So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @thesistersofcedarlakes to be with us. To @forgedinthenorth for the extraordinary pictures. To @samspector for the extraordinary suits. But most of all to Jordana. I can't believe my great good fortune that I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife."
While the couple found solace in each other, they also share a massive age gap. For the unversed, while Josh is 52 years old, Jordana Jacobs is reportedly around 37 to 38 years old, making her roughly 13 years younger than the actor. Nonetheless, their age gap didn't stop the couple from building a happy life, and they expanded it by welcoming their first child in late 2025 or early 2026. Josh shared the news of their baby's arrival, saying Jordana had given birth to their first baby, a boy, "a few months ago." He wrote:
"Here's what we know so far: His smile lights up the room. He's super observant and thoughtful. He gets hypnotized when I play him songs on the guitar. He thinks the word 'baba ghanoush' is hysterical. He's a total delight, and Jordana and I are thrilled he's here."
