The controversial incident took place on February 24, 2024, when Alaia Baldwin Aronow was in Georgia for a friend's pre-wedding celebrations. At that time, she visited a nightclub where she allegedly wanted to use an employees-only restroom. When the staff members refused the model, she allegedly forced her way into a locked restroom and requested a bartender to give her a few minutes alone to throw up and change her tampon. When the bartender returned, Alaia allegedly removed the tampon and threw it at her.
Then the security reportedly stepped in to remove Alaia from the club. At that time, she allegedly got into a physical fight with the bouncers and kicked one of them in the genitals. She was then detained for a short while and then released. An investigation was ongoing in the case, and as per an August 20256 update, Alaia has avoided jail time completely.
