Allen Lazard's ex-fiancée, Camila Escribens, is a well-known face in the beauty pageant world. She rose to fame after participating in Miss Peru 2019 as Miss Peru USA while representing the Peruvian community in the US. Camila fell slightly short of first place, earning the title of Miss Grand Peru 2019 as the first runner-up instead.
Camila worked harder following this and came back to the competition once again in 2023, when she finally secured the Miss Peru crown. Later that same year, Camila got the opportunity to represent Peru at the Miss Universe 2023 stage. There, she reportedly finished among the Top 10 finalists.
In addition to her work in fashion, Camila Escribens is also a pretty prominent figure on social media. A quick look at her Instagram reveals that she has over 186k followers. Her content mostly features glimpses of her glamorous lifestyle, fashion campaigns, as well as behind-the-scenes moments.
Coming to Camila’s relationship with Allen Lazard, the pair announced their engagement on May 28, 2025, via a joint Instagram post. In the carousel, the pictures captured the moment of the proposal, including their beautiful shots at Montauk Beach. They kept the caption short and simple, writing, “Onto the next chapter…? 05.18.25.”
For the occasion, the former Jets star looked dapper in an all-white outfit. Meanwhile, Camila matched the look in a white maxi dress. Allen went all out for the proposal, filling the backdrop with candles and white bouquets. A white heart-shaped floral arrangement could also be seen at the proposal spot with the sign “Will you marry me?” in the middle. One of the pictures in the carousel also gave fans a close-up of the stunning diamond ring that the football star proposed to Camila with.
Allen and Camila had a gender reveal in July 2025. In the gathering with their family, the former couple took the opportunity to announce they were having a baby. They welcomed their baby girl in October 2025, meaning that she is less than a year old. Alongside the pictures from the baby shower, Allen wrote on Instagram:
“As I enter this new chapter of fatherhood, I reflect on the great example my dad set for me. A true father shows up with love, strength, and sacrifice. It’s not always about the big moments, but being there through it all. Now I get the opportunity to do the same for my baby girl. #girldad”
Sources close to Allen and Camila revealed to TMZ that they have called off the engagement and are no longer planning to walk down the aisle. However, they noted that the duo had already sent out wedding invitations. As of now, it remains unclear what exactly caused their split, especially considering they welcomed their infant daughter not too long ago.
Given that Allen and Camila scrubbed their social media accounts of each other's pictures, many feel that their split might not have been amicable. As of now, the only sign of their relationship on Allen's page is the baby shower post.
