And now, after months of silence, Matt has finally reacted to the 'humiliating' comment with a lawsuit.

Matt Kalil has finally broken his months-long silence after his ex-wife, Haley, made shocking claims about his 'p*nis size' being one of the reasons why they ended their marriage. However, instead of responding with a comment, Matt has responded with a lawsuit.

The former NFL player has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley, in which he has called the latter's comment "invasive commentary" that ruined his attempt at keeping out of the public eye after retiring from football. In the lawsuit, Matt Kalil cited Haley's appearance on popular streamer, Marlon Gracia's Mar-Athon video in November 2025, the root cause of the comments he has faced. The statement could be read as:
"She implied that the size of Plaintiff's genitalia was a primary factor in the parties' divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse with Plaintiff would leave her 'in tears.'"
In the document acquired by TMZ, Matt Kalil claimed that Haley Kalil's remarks on the platform have subjected him to unwanted attention and commentary from the netizens. Additionally, the former NFL player claimed that his family has also had to face the aftermath of the comment, which is extremely degrading. As a result of the viral clip, Matt had alleged that his new wife received messages that became "increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time." The statement could be read as:
"The Plaintiff has to face unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public. The Plaintiff's family members have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements."
Matt Kalil has alleged that while he and his family are suffering from the aftermath of the comments, Haley Baylee has "financially benefited from this surge in traffic." The constant comments have led the former NFL player to sue Haley for invasion of privacy as it disclosed "highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff's physical person and s**ual life".
Additionally, Matt is also suing his ex-wife for unjust enrichment, saying Haley "received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage." Matt has requested a jury trial and damages "on all causes asserted in the complaint," with the amount exceeding USD 75,000.
Haley had appeared on a live stream with Marlon Garcia. During the conversation, Haley Baylee got candid about her marriage with her former husband, Matt Kalil. She made some comments about the reason behind their divorce and how she 'tried it all' to overcome the issue, including a therapist, doctors, and even 'lipo-type sh*t', possibly meaning liposuction. However, it was her remark, "two Coca Cola cans stacked on top of each other, or maybe even a third," that led the netizens' imagination to run wild, resulting in the current lawsuit.
