Man vs Baby, the comic series created by Will Davies and Rowan Atkinson, has generated interest with its storyline. The miniseries is currently the talk of the town. Rowan, who is best known for his role as 'Mr. Bean', is grabbing a lot of attention with his on-screen charisma. For the unversed, the series was released on Netflix on December 11, 2025. Ever since its digital premiere, people haven’t stopped talking about it. However, fans are more curious to know whether there is a third instalment on the cards. Here’s what we know.
During the London screening of the show, Man vs Baby, Rowan Atkinson dropped a major hint about the third instalment of the series. He shared that although there are no plans for the Man vs Baby sequel currently, he and Will Davies will start creating something new only if the viewing figures are high. Rowan explained that since the 20th century, he has not read any kind of review, as the only thing that matters to him is how many people are watching the series. He was quoted as saying:
"I haven’t read a review or critique of anything I’ve done since the 20th century, so I don’t know what reviewers, pundits and critics think of what I do, because the only thing that interests me is how many people watch this, and would they like to watch more? That’s the litmus test, and the sign of success, to me."
During the same event, Rowan Atkinson talked about his role as 'Trevor Bingley' in the comic series, Man vs Baby. The global star called 'Trevor Bingley' one of the 'nicest people' he portrayed on-screen. He also opened up about his most famous character, 'Mr. Bean' and called him a selfish, self-serving and anarchic child. Shedding light on his various roles, Rowan shared that 'Trevor' became one of his pleasant creations. He later expressed his joy playing the character, 'Trevor Bingley' on-screen. He was quoted as saying:
"Trevor Bingley, in his basic form, is arguably one of the nicest people I’ve ever played. Because I think most people I’ve played are sort of deeply unpleasant, really, you know, Mr Bean is a selfish, self-serving, anarchic child. Blackadder is a sort of sarcastic and sardonic, and basically negative force, I think. Even Johnny English is a sort of vain, sort of charmless. I think, actually, Trevor has turned out to be one of my more pleasant, amenable creations. I quite like playing the nice guy, which I haven’t done very often."
