Hosted by Ariana Madix, the contestants came forward to reveal secrets about their current statuses, discuss past fallings-out and reconciliations, and address the controversies that emerged.
Among others, Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea, who ended the season in third position, revealed where they stand after the season ended. On the other hand, Sincere also addressed a controversy that emerged after his 'family' on Instagram Live made controversial comments about Ariana Madix and other contestants. So, here's everything that Sincere Rhea talked about while being on the reunion episode.
During the season, one of Sincere Rhea's family members came on Live and made some controversial remarks about Ariana Madix and his co-contestants, Aniya and Trinity. Sincere apologised and mentioned that those comments should never have been made. On the other hand, he also stated that those comments were made by 'family friends,' not his 'inner circle'.
Notably, Sincere's mom appeared on IG Live and made some comments in which she allegedly made a factual mistake about Ariana Madix, leading to controversy. However, some other comments were made by Aniya and Trinity from Sincere's family. Sincere reached out to Aniya and apologised. Trinity has forgiven Sincere because she believes he cannot be blamed for other people's actions. She also shared that Sincere's father contacted her mom and asked for forgiveness.
Speaking of Sincere's relationship status with Melanie Moreno, they aren't 'girlfriend and boyfriend' right now. The couple was among the most beloved in the series and finished third. According to them, they are taking things slow and seeing where it goes. Melanie feels that Sincere is building trust, which faced a few cracks during their time in the villa. On the other hand, Sincere isn't in a hurry, and they are on the same page. Sincere could be quoted as saying:
"We’re on the same exact page as far as, you know, being—it’s not like we met each other at a bar, being able to just take it slow and really get to understand each other outside of here."
While in the villa, Melanie and Sincere, who had formed an intense connection from the beginning, faced issues earlier, soon after Sincere's feelings for the bombshell, Sol Dean, were revealed. Sincere said he was exploring a connection with Sol, and after a video showed him cosying up with her, he apologised, saying it felt bad.
In the reunion episode, Sincere asked Melanie for forgiveness for his Casa Amor recoupling speech. For those who don't know, Sincere told Amora Robinson that he would have picked her if they had got more time in Casa Amor. The speech was again one of the reasons for his issues with Melanie. However, he recently apologised to Amora and said:
"I would say probably the Casa recoupling and what I said to Amora. I think that was kind of patronizing."
Melanie revealed that after she came out of the villa, her sister told her directly that Sincere was not her man but a lesson. As her sister, Steph learned that Melanie was leaving the door open for Sincere, and she didn't hold back, giving her a raw opinion, as she didn't feel the couple was meant to be. However, Melanie urged her sister to let her make her own decision, stating that the criticism makes it 10 times harder.
