Despite the major rivalry, 'Graciela' and 'Mateo' get attracted to each other. Eventually, while working or arguing, they get to know each other, both personally and professionally. However, despite the attraction, they do not forget their aim to be the CEO.
Despite countless arguments, tensions and attraction, it is time for the final presentation, which will decide the new CEO of the company, Sofintim. 'Graciela', the hardworking employee, wears her confidence and delivers a strong and clear presentation on how she will lead the company based on her experience and consistency.
However, 'Mateo' experiences the life-changing moment and he realises that winning because of privilege is not right. So, apart from playing any strategic game, he chooses honesty and respectfully steps back. As a result, the board member announces 'Graciela' as the new CEO of the company, based on her talent and hardwork. The show ends with 'Graciela' and 'Mateo' parting ways professionally. However, the makers hint that their personal connection may still continue.
