The legal documents addressed the sexual assault incidents in detail. The victims were reportedly brought to the mansion to give a massage to Jeffrey Epstein. The victim was so affected by the incident that she went inside the bathroom and cried.

Moreover, the girl claimed to be a victim of other incidents when she later came to the mansion, including that Jeffrey allegedly touched her private parts without consent. Les Wexner’s spokesperson initially dismissed the allegations against him

When Les Wexner was sued by a few of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims in April 2026, a spokesperson responded to the allegations by saying that the Wexners have complete sympathy for the victims. However, the spokesperson denied the lawsuit claims, stating that his mansion was sold years before the allegations surfaced. Notably, the mansion that was referred to in the lawsuit was reportedly sold to a company of Epstein, called Maple Inc, in 2011, as stated in the public records of New York City. The documents shared by Wexner’s spokesperson revealed that the property was sold for USD 20 million. But the claims could not be verified at that time.

The spokesperson even dismissed the claim that Epstein received USD 200 million from Wexner. The spokesperson stated that Les was not well aware of Epstein’s criminal activities while he paid for his wealth management services. Although Les Wexner has not been charged in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking case so far, he was mentioned as a co-conspirator when the case was being investigated in 2019.
