Lauren Bennett's sudden death at the mere age of 37 has left her fans and the music industry in shock. She was best known for her vocals on LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem and as a member of G.R.L. In fact, her death was also confirmed by her former teammates, who paid an emotional tribute to their friend. Although Lauren's cause of death is not revealed, the attention has turned towards the family she left behind. The singer is now survived by her longtime partner, Kenny Wormald and their six-year-old daughter, Harlow.

Who is Kenny Wormald?

Kenny Wormald is an American dancer, choreographer, and actor. He first rose to fame after featuring as 'Ren McCormack' in the 2011 remake of Footloose. He began training in dance at the age of six. In turn, Kenny won multiple regional dance competitions during his childhood years in Massachusetts.

Eventually, Kenny worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry. At the same time, he performed as a dancer and choreographer in music videos. Another high point was his touring with Justin Timberlake before he moved into acting. Kenny was featured in MTV's reality series Dancelife and later co-owned The Playground dance studios in LA and London. 

Lauren Bennett and Kenny Wormald shared one daughter named Harlow. She is six years old now. After her birth, they kept her away from the spotlight and gave her a normal and private upbringing despite the media's curiosity.

Although Hatlow rarely appeared in public, Kenny occasionally shared their family moments on social media. It gave fans an insight into their life together. After Lauren's death, Harlow is surrounded by her family as they mourn the singer's death.

Lauren Bennett and Kenny first met through their common interests in the entertainment world. In fact, they both were working in music and dance. After an initial period of dating, they rekindled their relationship in 2015. Some reports claimed they even married in 2019, but they have kept the details private, so no one can confirm it. Instead of regularly sharing life updates, they focus on raising daughters.

Her G.R.L bandmates confirmed Lauren Bennett's death in a heartfelt statement. They mentioned, "It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Lauren." They described her as someone whose kindness, laughter and beautiful spirit impact many lives. It is important to know that no cause of death has been announced until now. In their words:

"Our hearts are broken, and we cannot begin to express how much she meant to us. We will forever cherish the love, laughter, and countless memories she gave us. Her beautiful spirit touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed and forever loved. Rest peacefully, sweet Lauren. You will always be in our hearts. Your GRLS, Em, Tash, and P."

Lauren first rose to fame with the international girl group, Paradise Girls. Gradually, she rose to global fame in 2011 with LMFAO's popular songs, such as "Party Rock Anthem". She later joined G.R.L and contributed to songs such as "Vacation" from The Smurfs 2, "Wild Wild Love" with Pitbull, and "Ugly Heart".

However, she faced a tragedy after her fellow G.R.L member, Simone Battle, died in 2014. In turn, Lauren reunited the group with a new lineup before it again disbanded.
