According to reports, the duo had formed a close bond while working together on the set of the show and have been spending quality time in each other's company since then.
While the rumours have been circulating for some time, it was a picture that Kirti Kulhari posted on social media on November 7, 2025, with Rajeev Siddhartha, that fanned the flames of these rumours even more. In the picture, she is resting her head on his shoulder with an ice pack on her neck. Kulhari captioned this photo, “With the #paininmyneck and my #icepack @rajeevsiddhartha."

Kulhari has developed some thoughts on marriage after her separation, and she was not shy about sharing them with radio host, Siddharth Kannan, calling the concept of marriage 'overrated'. When asked when she started to feel that way, the actress was quoted as saying:
“I started feeling it through the marriage… I am not saying love is overrated or companionship is overrated. I am saying marriage, as a concept, is overrated. I can be in love with someone, I can have a beautiful relationship with someone, and I can still choose to not be married to that person.”
